What if I have more than one child at Buena Vista to register? Incentives for this Fall Fundraiser are based on the number of supporters PER CHILD. Since these incentives are parent-based, meaning there are no prizes for the children, Buena Vista recommends you only use one account for all your children to maximize these incentives. Simply register your oldest child so you do not have to meet incentive levels for EACH child.
If you would still like to register each child, you may do so by logging out and logging back in again, then selecting the "No, I want to register another participant" from the registration verification page.
What are the incentives? Incentives are per account and are all parent-based. There are no prizes for the children in this Fall Fundraiser.
If you register online and send 10 email invitations to friends and family, you get a gift card sent to your email for a FREE roll of gift wrap when you make a purchase.
If 5 of your friends support our fundraiser, you receive a $10 gift card to use on "Parent Appreciation Day." For 10 supporters, you receive a $25 gift card. And for 20 supporters, you receive a $50 gift card. These gift cards will be emailed to you at the end of the fundraiser and can be used toward more purchases anytime between now and April 2021.
How do I maximize my incentives? The more supporters you have, the more money you receive in gift cards for your own personal order. So make sure to send lots of emails out to friends and family and ask them to order as early as possible. You may want to wait until after you receive any gift cards on "Parent Appreciation Day" before making your final personal order so that you can use any gift cards you receive as discounts for your own purchases.
How do we receive our orders? Orders are shipped direct to supporters. No handling products or organizing deliveries. Simply send the emails encouraging friends and families to support the fundraiser and Charleston Wrap does the rest! All orders submitted by October 15 are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
When is the last day to order? "Parent Appreciation Day" and the last day of our fundraiser sales drive is Thursday, October 15th. All orders must be placed by this deadline to receive any incentives.
Want to Make a Straight Donation?
We understand that many of our parents and friends would like to support Buena Vista, but do not need or want to buy items from Charleston Wrap. If you would prefer to make a direct donation to Buena Vista in lieu of purchasing items, you may do so through this PayPal payment option. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a donation. All donations are fully tax deductible, minus the $2 processing fee. Please retain a copy of your PayPal receipt as proof of your donation for your tax records.
