Welcome to Buena Vista Elementary School, home of the Bobcats, where students are respectful, responsible, and ready to learn! Buena Vista is extremely fortunate to have an active and involved PTA where we have had 100% participation for over three decades. Our PTA supports an award winning elementary school that has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, Palmetto’s Finest, Palmetto Gold Award, National PTA School of Excellence, and SC Red Carpet School.

Join our PTA for only $5! CLICK HERE TO JOIN! Membership is not a fundraiser - it helps us with awards and grants and shows 100% support of our school. A portion of the $5 will go to pay our District, State & National PTA Dues. Our 100% membership goal is based upon our student enrollment - one membership per student and not one per family.

Who can join?
Anyone! Membership is not based on one per family. Parents, teachers, grandparents, friends, and neighbors are all welcome to join our PTA!

What information do you need to join?
Each membership purchased will require a name, unique email address OR phone number. In efforts to reach our Membership goals, listing your student’s teacher and grade level is also helpful.

What if my student doesn’t have an email address and/or I don’t wish to share?
We understand keeping your child’s information private is priority! A student email is not required as long as you list a phone number. If you do not wish to share your child’s email or phone number, you may use a generic phone number instead (e.g. 111-111-1111)

Can I donate a Membership?
Absolutely! Membership is not based on one per family. Please consider purchasing extra memberships. To donate an additional membership(s), please list the First Name as “Donor1”, “Donor2”, etc. Please include your Last Name and use a generic phone number instead of email address (e.g. 111-111-1111).

PTA offers a variety of programs designed for parents and students. By having our unit in good standing with the District, State & National PTA, we are eligible for awards and grants and participation in the annual Reflections Contest.
